Why can’t I see my bill for payment?
Please check and ensure that you have entered the correct:

  • consumer number
  • account number
  • mobile number


After making payment, why is my bill still outstanding?

Your payment is still being processed. It takes up to 1 working day to process and confirm your payment. You will receive a confirmation SMS on whether your payment has succeeded or failed. If it fails, your money will be refunded to your account.


What if I entered a wrong BPC consumer no?

Please approach BPC for help if you have entered the wrong BPC consumer number when making payment.


Why did I receive a refund for my bill payment?

When your payment fails, your money will be refunded to your account the next working day.


Where can I see the transactions done for the bills?

Please go to transaction history on the DK app.


A bill is displayed but the amount of the bill is less/more than the bill I received, what do I do?

Please contact your Essential Service Provider for help.


Can I save favorite for my biller account?

Yes, after making payment you can add the essential service provider to favorite.


Why does the app tell me that payment is processing after payment?

We take a few seconds to confirm the payment with the ESPs and send you a confirmation SMS.


In case my transaction has failed, how long will the amount for the same get credited back in the account?

It takes up to 1 working day for us to process your payment. Your money will automatically be refunded when your payment fails.


Why can’t I select previous month’s bill for payment?

You may have an older, unpaid bill. You have to pay your bills from the oldest bill to the newest.


What do I do if I made a payment to a wrong account or mobile number?

Please approach the relevant essential service provider for help.


Can I make payment less or greater than the bill amount?

You can make a partial payment to TashiCell, but for BPC and Bhutan telecom, you will have to pay your bills in full.


How do I know if my ESP payment is successful?

You will receive a confirmation SMS and a push notification upon successful payment.


Where do I check my bills?

  1. Login to app
  2. Go to payment section
  3. Choose the ESP provider
  4. Select postpaid payment
  5. Enter account number to check your bills


How long it will take to update at biller’s end?

The moment you make the payment the update at billers end is done in real time.


In case the amount is not matching with the amount on the bill, what do I do?

Please approach the relevant essential service provider for help.


I paid the bill but the same has not been updated at biller’s end. What should I do?

It may take up to 1 working day for the bill to be updated. If the bill is still not updated by then, email help@dk.bt or call 8888.


Where can I see the transactions done for the bills?

Log in to the DK app and view your payment in transaction history.


Will I get back my money if the transaction fails?

Yes. When your payment fails, your money will be refunded to your account the next working day.


For which kind of biller I will be able to see the “Add to Favorites” option?

You can add all essential service providers to favorites.


Can I recharge any mobile number?

Yes. You can recharge any valid mobile number. Just pay the exact cost of the package to the respective telcos.


How do I know my recharge is successful?

Upon successfully recharging you will be notified through SMS.


Will recharge happen immediately?

Yes you can! As long as you keyed in a valid mobile number, you can recharge.


Is there any extra charge for recharging?

There are no extra charges for recharging your number.


I initiated a mobile recharge, the amount was debited from my account but the recharge did not happen. What do I do?

We will get confirmation from ESP and depending upon their confirmation we will reverse the amount.


What is the maximum amount for mobile and data card recharge?

The maximum amount you can recharge is BTN 3000. There is a minimum value of BTN 10 for TashiCell.


Can I recharge again for the same mobile number If I am getting the error?

Yes, please try again.
